Toyota Crown 2600/2000
The Toyota Crown made a minor change to the rontgrill, the tail, etc. in spring of 1948, then it became a linear design. However, its famous body style “Spindle Scheve” (spindle type) had not changed.
There is 2000 and 2600 series in the Toyota crown, and the sedan and the hardtop are arranged, respectively. In the Toyota crown 2000 series, there are Super Saloon, SL, Super DX, DX, and STD in both of the sedan and the hardtop, and Owner DX only in the sedan.

The engines of the Toyota Crown are 6 cylinders, OHC, and ME type of 1988 cc. As for the Toyota Crown 2600 series, even the body is almost the same, it carries 4M type engine of 6 cylinders, OHC, 2563 cc and 140ps. The Toyota Crown 2600 series has Sedan, Hardtop Super Saloon, Super DX, Sedan DX and Hardtop SL.
